Assistant Landscape Maintenance Manager

The team is growing and we are looking for an Assistant Maintenance and Customer Operations

Manager. This would be a full time, year round position.

As the Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will:

%CF; Communicate with Customers - manage CRM and customer contracts

%CF; Manage Crews and Assure Quality - assist Maintenance Manager in providing quality service and delivery to customers and provide crew oversight

%CF; Schedule - assist the Maintenance Manager with scheduling

%CF; Estimate - assist the Maintenance Manager with estimating

In this role, a qualified candidate will have:

%CF; At least 3 years in the landscape industry

%CF; Background in working in CRM platforms

%CF; Background in working in Quickbooks online

%CF; Google Docs / Microsoft Suite software platforms

%CF; Exceptional organization and time management skills

%CF; Bi-lingual preferred, but not required

%CF; Hourly wage range of $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience
