Registered Nurse (RN) – Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise direct care staff to ensure proper medication administration, treatments, documentation, teaching, care planning, and patient conferencing in compliance with Health Campus policies

  • Conduct daily resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status

  • Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medications, medical supplies, and equipment

  • Ensure nursing assistants follow established procedures for PPE use and disposal

  • Promote a safe, clean, and healthy environment for residents and staff

  • Ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure

  • Current, valid Indiana RN license

  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, families, visitors, vendors, and regulatory agencies

  • Knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and applicable laws


Schedule Needs
  • 8-hour shifts

  • Full-time and part-time availability

  • Rotating holidays

  • Weekend availability
