Installation & Assembly Technician

T&M Services
La Vista, NE, US Full Time

Job Description

Job Description
Salary:

We believe people who can work with their hands and their heads are the new rockstars, and were building a team of career-focused professionals who can keep the world humming.

This isnt a desk job. This is a fast paced role for people who like figuring out how things work and building things with their hands. People who are good with tools, have an eye for details, and dont need someone looking over their shoulder every five minutes. Thats the kind of person who tends to do well here.

Its a hands-on field role where youll be delivering premium installation and assembly of furniture for commercial clients. Youll be trusted to think, troubleshoot, communicate, and get the job done. Were not looking for someone who already knows everything about the furniture industry. Were looking for the tinkerer who naturally enjoys putting things together.

Some Honest Pros:

  • You're Part of a Crew: You aren't isolated in a delivery van or a warehouse lane all day. Youll work face-to-face with a solid team that enjoys working together and actually talks to each other.
  • No Two Days Are the Same: One day youre at a tech startup, the next youre at a corporate HQ. Youll use your hands and your brain out in the field every single day.
  • An Actual Career Track: We keep our office team lean. This is perfectly positioned for people who want to learn a specialized trade and advance into a project lead and beyond.

Some Honest Cons:

  • Its Physical: Not a con, but a reality. Youre already used to moving quickly and lifting, but this requires precision and stamina. We need people who dont mind breaking a sweat.
  • You Have to Be an Early Riser: We get up and get going by 7:00 AM every day.
  • Its Not a Simple 8-to-5: We work hard to make the schedule fit the lives of our installers, but overtime and occasional weekends are inherently part of the position.

Pay range: Entry Installers start at $18$24/hour with room to quickly advance as you grow into a project lead. The role involves regular travel to customer sites and occasional overnight or after-hours work.

If youve got aptitude for how things work, a clean drivers license, and you actually want to work (not just need to), this is the kind of role where people stick around for years because the crew feels like family and the work never gets old.

Sound like the kind of day youd actually look forward to? Drop your resume. We move fast on people who get it.
