- Recruit, interview, and screen candidates
- Match qualified candidates with open positions
- Build and maintain relationships with job seekers and clients
- Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Conduct employee and client follow-up
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the hiring process
- Support daily office operations and staffing needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
