Regional Nurse Consultant

AristaCare Health Services, a growing family of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, is seeking a Regional Director of Nursing (DON) to support nursing operations across all 10 of its buildings. The Regional Director of Nursing (DON) works alongside a second Regional DON, with responsibilities divided across the portfolio — this is a true regional leadership role, free of in-building DON responsibilities. Regional Director of Nursing (DON) Duties

• Provide clinical oversight and support across all 10 AristaCare facilities

• Partner with the second Regional Director of Nursing (DON), with distinct responsibilities at each building

• Support facility-level DONs with clinical systems, quality initiatives, and survey readiness

• Mentor and develop building nursing leadership

• Travel regularly between facilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania

Regional Director of Nursing (DON) Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $180,000 per year

• Full-time, with regional travel

• Based in Central New Jersey

Regional Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Director of Nursing (DON) experience required; prior Regional DON or multi-facility experience strongly preferred

• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
