• Metal buildings and structural framing

• Offices, MCC buildings, laboratories, warehouses

• Renovations and interior build-outs

• Framing, drywall, paint, flooring

• ACT ceilings and change rooms

• Roof replacements and repairs

• Metal roofing systems

• TPO / EPDM systems

• Roof coatings and maintenance

• Facility maintenance

• Structural and concrete repairs

• Preventive maintenance

• Emergency response

• Shutdown/turnaround support

• Ability to work in industrial and construction environments

• Willingness to follow strict safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Dependable and ready to work

• Reliable transportation to job sites

May be required depending on project:

• Background check and/or drug screening

• Site-specific safety training

Preferred:

• Experience in chemical plants, refineries, or heavy industrial construction

• OSHA 10/30 or other safety certifications

• Competitive pay based on position and experience ($20 – $35 / hour)
