Emprime is currently seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Concierges to join our team in Edgewater, NJ. We have three part-time positions available for individuals who take pride in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Available Positions

• Morning Shift – Part-Time – $16.00/hour
• Afternoon Shift – Part-Time – $16.00/hour
• Overnight Shift – Part-Time – $17.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor building access and visitor entry
• Assist residents with general inquiries and requests
• Receive and log packages and deliveries
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Observe and report building concerns or unusual activity
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
