Lead Cleaner

Faithful Cleaning Team is seeking a Lead Cleaner to support day-to-day cleaning operations at various locations in Fargo, ND.

Position Summary

The Lead Cleaner oversees cleaning activities to ensure spaces are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and safety. This role partners with team members to uphold consistent service quality and complete tasks efficiently throughout each shift.

This is a part-time position based in Fargo, ND, ideal for an experienced cleaner who takes pride in attention to detail and dependable leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead cleaning assignments to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule

• Inspect work areas for quality and completeness, addressing issues promptly

• Train or guide team members on cleaning procedures, priorities, and expectations

• Maintain safe work practices and proper handling of cleaning supplies and materials

• Support basic daily operations by monitoring inventory needs and reporting supply shortages

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work, with demonstrated attention to detail

• Ability to work in Fargo, ND and surrounding areas and perform assigned duties reliably during scheduled hours

• Strong time management skills and the ability to follow checklists and procedures

• Comfortable working independently while also coordinating with others as needed

• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices related to cleaning tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a lead, supervisory, or team coordination role

• Experience working in environments that require consistent cleanliness standards

• Familiarity with maintaining cleaning supply organization and basic inventory awareness

Compensation

Hourly rate: $15.00 - $21.00
