Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Spanish Speaking Paraprofessional for in-person school-based positions in Coachella, CA.

Responsibilities
Support students with special needs in classroom and small group settings
Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
Provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support to students
Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
Document student progress and behavior as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
Experience working with children or students with special needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
