If you love solving tough equipment problems and keeping production moving, this role is for you. As an Electromechanical Reliability Mechanic, you’ll blend hands-on mechanical work with electrical diagnostics to improve uptime and asset health across the plant.

- You can troubleshoot bearings, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics with confidence.
- You’re comfortable with motors, sensors, control panels, VFDs, and low- to medium-voltage wiring.
- You read schematics and mechanical drawings like a roadmap to root cause.
- LOTO and safety discipline are second nature — and your workspace shows it.
- You can install, align, and commission new or rebuilt components and control devices.
- You document work clearly and communicate status and recommendations to the team.
- Complete inspections, lubrication, filter changes, and system checks to extend equipment life.
- Dismantle and reassemble equipment using the right hand and power tools.
- Tackle facility maintenance needs as they arise.
- Engage in ongoing training and cross-training to expand your capabilities.
- Jump in where needed to support production goals.
- 2+ years in industrial maintenance or a similar mechanic trade.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and baseline electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, manuals, and schematics.
- Comfort with a broad set of hand and power tools.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Precision, attention to detail, and pride in your workmanship.
- Analytical problem-solver with strong troubleshooting instincts.
- Solid math, reading, and reasoning foundation.
- Clear communicator who follows instructions and adapts to changing priorities.
- Proven ability to work independently and with a team.
- Manufacturing environment with frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and crouching.
- Long periods on your feet; fine motor coordination required.
- Lift 25 lbs routinely; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Regular use of hand and power tools; exposure to normal production noise.
- Occasional heat/cold; proximity to moving machinery.
