What You'll Be Doing

As a Line Cook at Zintel Creek Golf Club, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our guests leave satisfied. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with stocking and setting up kitchen stations. - Preparing food using various appliances and equipment. - Following recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality. - Cleaning and sanitizing work areas to maintain a safe and organized kitchen. - Adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations. - Assisting with catering events as needed.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role. - Proficiency with kitchen equipment, including deep fryers, stoves, and grills. - Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Great communication and teamwork abilities.
