We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individual to bring on board as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. To be successful in this position you should be skilled at customer service, assertive and a self-starter. As a Customer Service Representative, you will service current accounts and assist in the production of new accounts. Effective communication through verbal and written presentations is essential in this role that will provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service for clients and support the workflow of the agency.
Training is a supportive mix of observation and guided, hands-on learning. We foster a supportive and collaborative team culture beyond the training phase to insure an inclusive and cohesive team. Responsibilities
- Generate quotes, changes to existing coverage and/or new policies.
- Conduct service calls for designated accounts.
- Gather information and risk management recommendations for the renewal of designated accounts.
- Obtain renewal information from clients and complete applications for renewal business.
- Review existing accounts to determine if additional lines of insurance should be offered.
Requirements
- Licensing: Currently have your Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to get licensed.
- Career minded vision
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Be a great self-starter.
- Works well with employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.
