On-Demand Cleaner Needed for 4BR Airbnb in [Insert Neighborhood/City]

Job Description: Looking for a reliable, detailed, and trustworthy cleaner/housekeeper for an Airbnb rental on an as-needed basis.

• Property Details: 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms

• Schedule: On-demand / Flexible (driven by guest booking schedules, usually between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM)

• Frequency: Varies based on bookings (between guest stays)

Standard Turnover Duties Include:

• Complete standard cleaning of all 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms

• Stripping beds, washing linens/towels (or swapping with clean backups), and remaking beds

• Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting throughout

• Kitchen wipe-down (countertops, appliances, microwave) and emptying trash

• Restocking guest amenities (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)

• Brief visual check to report any damage or missing items after guest checkout

Requirements:

• Prior experience with Airbnb or short-term rental turnovers preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

• Reliable transportation
