Echocardiographic Technician (Contract)Location: Oregon, 97216
Pay: $2,230 – $2,500/week
Schedule: Day Shift | 4x10s | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Weekend rotation (approx. every 5 weeks)
Position Overview
Performs cardiac ultrasound procedures to assess heart function and structure
Produces diagnostic images of cardiac chambers, valves, and vessels
Collaborates closely with cardiologists to support diagnosis and patient care
Key Responsibilities
Perform echocardiograms and capture accurate cardiac images
Prepare patients and operate ultrasound equipment
Document findings and report results to cardiologists
Maintain equipment and ensure proper workflow
Requirements
RDCS (ARDMS) or CCI certification (Required or eligible)
Oregon Sonographer License (OR-SNG) (Required)
BLS/CPR Certification (AHA or ARC) (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Preferred)
Echocardiography (ECG) certification (Preferred)
