Vice President of Construction / Division Manager
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $200,000–$250,000+ base salary, plus performance bonus, full benefits package, and company vehicle
This is a well-established general contractor with a strong track record delivering commercial construction projects across the region. As the company continues to grow its Florida presence, they're looking for an experienced construction leader to help guide project execution and build out their Orlando division.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all active construction projects within the division, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, superintendents, and field staff
- Serve as senior point of contact for key clients, architects, and owners on commercial construction projects
- Drive business development efforts and help identify new project opportunities
- Manage division-level budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across concurrent projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and company policies across all job sites
Requirements:
- 10+ years of construction experience, with a strong background in commercial projects
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with project values ranging from $10M to $50M+
- Healthcare construction experience a plus
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
