Electrical Distribution Engineering Manager

Job Summary:
- Lead and manage a group delivering above/below ground utility distribution projects (4kV–34kV)
- Mentor and develop staff both technically and in soft skills; assign staff to projects based on competency and availability
- Manage group billability, productivity, and project budget performance
- Lead signature proposals and complex projects for key clients, partnering with marketing on large proposal responses
- Perform independent reviews of work performed by others
- Ensure adherence to quality management processes and proactively manage client-facing risks
- Champion continued learning, sharing engineering best practices and tools across the team
