Location: North, East & West Las Vegas, NV

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and home safety
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes appropriately
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Current Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Valid Nevada Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Current TB clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Home Health experience preferred but not required
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
