Complete Landscape Resources is seeking a motivated, hardworking Landscape Construction Team Member to join our expanding team in Phoenix! Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time (8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday)
Location: In-person (2822 W Buckeye Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85009)

What You'll Do
Landscape Installation: Execute hardscapes (patios, walkways, retaining walls, pavers, curbing), plant installation (trees, shrubs, flowers), grading, site prep, and sod laying
Equipment Operation: Safely operate machinery such as skid steers, mini excavators, and trenchers (training provided)
Safety & Teamwork: Collaborate with your crew to complete projects on time, safely, and to high-quality standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Landscape construction background preferred (willing to train candidates with the right work ethic)
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy lifting, digging, and physical labor outdoors in heat and all weather conditions
Driving & Towing: Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and proven ability to pull and maneuver heavy equipment trailers
Mindset: Punctual, reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn
Bonus Points (Higher Starting Pay)
Experience with paver, curbing, and concrete installation
Proficiency operating small machinery (skid steers, mini excavators)
Advanced irrigation installation and repair skills
Familiarity with Aspire software
