Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Richmond Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) Supervisor to join our long-term care team in Richmond, Virginia.

Shifts

• 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday Full Time

• 11pm-7am Monday-Friday Full Time

• 7am-7pm Saturday-Sunday Part Time

• 7pm-7am Saturday-Sunday Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units

• Oversee implementation of resident care plans

• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds

• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates

• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance

• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Virginia

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

• Previous Supervisor experience
