Delivery Lead

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead to oversee complex, cross-functional technology and data initiatives for enterprise clients. This role will own end-to-end delivery across platform integrations, analytics solutions, and digital product development-ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic business outcomes.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong stakeholder communication, technical fluency, structured execution in tools like Jira, and the ability to scale delivery processes in fast-moving environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Program DeliveryLead multiple concurrent technology and data projects from discovery through launch and post-implementation optimizationOwn project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risk management, and delivery outcomesDrive Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritizationStakeholder & Client LeadershipServe as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and client leadershipPresent regular status updates covering progress, risks, budgets, blockers, and roadmap adjustmentsManage escalations, align priorities, and maintain strong long-term client partnershipsProcess & Execution ExcellenceDesign and maintain Jira (or equivalent) project structures, workflows, and reporting frameworksImplement delivery best practices to improve velocity, transparency, and predictabilityCreate documentation including project plans, requirements/specs, architecture reviews, and governance materialsFinancial & Resource ManagementTrack budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and resourcing across projectsEnsure delivery aligns with financial targets and contractual commitmentsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with engineering, data, product, design, and business teamsTranslate business goals into actionable execution plansDrive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, or program management within:Technology consultingFinancial services / fintechData platforms, analytics, or SaaS environmentsProven experience leading complex platform implementations or system integrationsAdvanced proficiency with Jira, Asana, or similar project management toolsStrong executive-level communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated ownership of budgets, timelines, and multi-team delivery
