QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed in South Carolina.
- 3+ years of commercial litigation experience.
- General litigation case management experience.
- Experiential knowledge with legal research and writing, drafting motions, handling discovery, depositions, and arguing motions.
- Trial experience.
- Experience in construction law.
- Excellent academics.
