Pay: $160,000–$170,000 base salary

Job Description:

Lead and grow a high-impact professional network as the Managing Director, Strategic Partnerships and Network Development by building partnerships, strengthening engagement initiatives, and creating long-term talent development strategies alongside executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee a long-term strategy for talent and network engagement

• Track and analyze talent pipelines, career movement, and engagement opportunities

• Create pathways that support professional growth, mentorship, and collaboration

• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to strengthen organizational connectivity

• Help establish scalable processes, systems, and operational structure for this growing function

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in talent development, partnerships, research, or related environment

• Proven ability to build relationships that lead to measurable outcomes and long-term engagement

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect people, programs, and opportunities

• Experience working in mission-driven or intellectually focused organizations preferred
