LPC Clinical Supervisor and Therapist - REMOTE.
Colorado | Part-Time W-2 Position.
Anticipated Start Date: January 1, 2027.Arcadia Psychotherapy is seeking an experienced Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor to join our growing practice as a Clinical Supervisor and Therapist. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys supporting developing therapists, strengthening clinical documentation and Medicaid compliance, and maintaining a manageable caseload of their own.The Clinical Supervisor will initially oversee five graduate-level practicum or internship students, with the supervision team expected to grow to approximately eight students. Each student will maintain a caseload of approximately 10 clients per week. The supervisor will also maintain a personal caseload of approximately 15 clients per week.Compensation
This is a W-2 position with different rates based on the type of work performed:
The position is expected to begin at approximately 25 hours per week and grow to approximately 31 hours per week as additional supervisees are added.Administrative time includes documentation review, treatment-plan oversight, note review and signing, communication with universities, staff meetings, training, care coordination, and other required supervisory responsibilities.

- Provide individual and, when appropriate, group clinical supervision to graduate-level practicum and internship students.
- Oversee an initial team of five supervisees, with anticipated growth to eight supervisees.
- Review and sign clinical documentation, progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Ensure that documentation and services meet Medicaid, payer, ethical, and practice requirements.
- Support supervisees with case conceptualization, treatment planning, risk assessment, crisis response, boundaries, and ethical decision-making.
- Provide timely feedback and performance support to supervisees.
- Communicate with university field-placement representatives and complete required student evaluations.
- Participate in supervisor meetings, training, and quality-assurance activities.
- Maintain a direct clinical caseload of approximately 15 clients per week.
- Collaborate with practice leadership regarding clinical concerns, documentation issues, and program development.
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor license in Colorado.
- Colorado LPC license must have been held for at least two years.
- Must meet all Colorado requirements to provide clinical supervision to graduate-level counseling students.
- Previous experience supervising clinicians, interns, associates, or graduate students.
- Demonstrated experience providing or supervising behavioral health services billed through Medicaid.
- Strong understanding of Medicaid documentation, medical necessity, treatment planning, and compliance requirements.
- Experience reviewing and signing clinical documentation.
- Ability to manage risk concerns and provide guidance related to crisis intervention and mandated reporting.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to provide direct clinical services to approximately 15 clients per week.
- Experience supervising graduate-level practicum or internship students.
- Experience working within a group practice or community mental health setting.
- Experience with Medicaid audits, utilization review, or quality-assurance processes.
- Experience supervising telehealth services.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and timely documentation standards.
- Interest in helping develop a high-quality clinical training program.
