Responsibilities

Build and nurture long-term relationships with individuals and business owners throughout the Stamford area.

Analyze current market offerings to provide thoughtful, well-researched insurance recommendations.

Engage in active listening to understand the specific risks and goals of our clients.

Maintain accuracy in documentation while ensuring every client receives timely follow-ups.

Participate in local community initiatives to strengthen our presence and support our neighbors.

Continuously sharpen your product knowledge to stay ahead of industry changes.


Requirements

Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Connecticut.

Minimum of three years of experience in consultative sales.

Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage.

Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems.

Exceptional ability to explain complex policy details in plain, clear language.

Prior experience managing a portfolio of accounts.
