Senior Construction Manager
Super Company is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead on-site construction efforts and help ensure successful project execution in Mountain View, California.

Position Summary

The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing in-office construction management activities and supporting the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects at 2600 Marine Way, Mountain View, CA 94043-1126. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, timelines, and accountability across all phases of work, and to perform essential on-site duties with reasonable accommodations as needed. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach and can effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee day-to-day construction management activities for on-site projects.

  • Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and execution to support timely and effective delivery.

  • Monitor construction progress and ensure work is performed in alignment with established project objectives.

  • Serve as a key point of coordination among project teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Identify project risks, issues, and potential delays, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

  • Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, work plans, and operational priorities.

  • Ensure construction activities are organized, documented, and communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular site oversight and review activities to maintain visibility into project status and performance.

  • Promote accountability, quality execution, and strong communication across all parties involved in construction efforts.

  • Assist in resolving field issues and operational challenges in a timely and effective manner.

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and leadership in managing construction-related activities.

  • Support continuous improvement in construction processes, coordination, and execution practices.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in construction management, project oversight, or a closely related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead construction activities in an on-site environment, with reasonable accommodations as needed.

  • Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, coordination, and execution practices.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on project follow-through and accountability.

Compensation

Minimum salary: $50,000.00 - Maximum salary: $70,000.00
