  • Model safe behaviors and follow all company procedures; jump in to support e‑commerce, inventory, or will‑call as needed.
What you’ll get
  • Starting pay of $21/hour, paid weekly
  • Quarterly performance bonus opportunity
  • Healthcare coverage on day one
  • 401(k) with generous employer contribution plus match
  • Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays
  • Boot reimbursement program
  • On‑the‑job training and skill development
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Employee discount programs
Safety, tools, and environment
  • Required PPE: steel/composite‑toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, and SRL. Company provides all PPE except boots.
  • Follow manufacturer instructions and company standards for proper PPE use.
  • Expect moderate noise, typical tire/storage odors, and occasional exposure to current weather conditions when working near doors or during loading.
What you’ll bring
  • Age 18+ to operate industrial equipment
  • At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or closely related experience
  • Comfort lifting 50 lbs regularly and 80 lbs occasionally; able to push up to 40 lbs with certain products
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment
  • Eligible to obtain company forklift certification
  • Team‑first mindset with the ability to follow directions and standard operating procedures
