Laundry Aide

The primary purpose of your job is to perform laundry functions. You will be responsible to pass out laundry to the Residents after it arrives from the laundry service and hang it up for those that are unable or request assistance. Part of your duties are to ensure the staff has the linens they need for daily job assignments and to stock the linen closets as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Unloading laundry from bins

· Delivering laundry to residents

· Pushing and pulling of laundry carts

· Stocking linen rooms

· Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

· Must be able to work independently and make independent decisions

· Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
