Clinical Director – Drug Rehabilitation Center

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of our drug rehabilitation center. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, developing effective treatment programs, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Clinical Director will lead and support a team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based practices to help individuals achieve lasting recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs to ensure effective patient care.

  • Supervise and provide guidance to clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and case managers.

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards for addiction treatment services.

  • Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures for clinical operations.

  • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance patient outcomes.

  • Monitor and assess treatment effectiveness, making data-driven improvements as needed.

  • Provide staff training and professional development to maintain a high standard of care.

  • Manage clinical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).

  • Valid LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent clinical licensure required.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within addiction treatment or behavioral health.

  • Strong knowledge of substance abuse treatment models, evidence-based therapies, and co-occurring disorders.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation standards.
