Clinical Director – Drug Rehabilitation Center
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of our drug rehabilitation center. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, developing effective treatment programs, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Clinical Director will lead and support a team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based practices to help individuals achieve lasting recovery.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs to ensure effective patient care.
Supervise and provide guidance to clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and case managers.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards for addiction treatment services.
Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures for clinical operations.
Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Monitor and assess treatment effectiveness, making data-driven improvements as needed.
Provide staff training and professional development to maintain a high standard of care.
Manage clinical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
Valid LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent clinical licensure required.
Proven experience in a leadership role within addiction treatment or behavioral health.
Strong knowledge of substance abuse treatment models, evidence-based therapies, and co-occurring disorders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation standards.
