Nexeo Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman / Superintendent for a skilled leadership opportunity in the St. George area. This position is designed for an experienced commercial HVAC professional who is ready to lead from the field. You'll coordinate crews, keep projects moving, ensure quality installations, and work closely with project leadership to complete commercial HVAC projects safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate commercial HVAC crews on active job sites.
• Oversee installation of commercial HVAC systems according to plans and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project documents.
• Coordinate daily manpower, materials, equipment, and work priorities.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and quality standards are met.
• Identify field issues and help develop practical solutions.
• Communicate project progress and needs with project managers and other trades.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure installations meet specifications.
• Maintain job-site safety standards.
• Train, mentor, and provide direction to HVAC team members.
• Assist with material planning and job-site organization.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, contractors, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial HVAC experience required.
• Previous Foreman, Lead, Superintendent, or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC installation.
• Ability to read mechanical plans and blueprints.
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate employees, materials, and project priorities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, organized, and safety-focused.

Preferred candidates should be prepared to discuss:

• The largest commercial HVAC projects they have managed.
• Crew sizes they have supervised and how manpower was coordinated.
• Project budgets, timelines, and overall scope of work.
• Challenges encountered while leading crews and how they were resolved.
• Examples of maintaining project schedules while upholding quality and safety standards.

Pay

$66,000 - $83,000 per year DOE

Schedule

Full Time | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, overtime available as needed

Relocation assistance available up to $5,000.
