About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Vivo Health Care Gandy, you will:
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating their individualized care plans
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care strategies
Educate patients and families on disease management, wellness, and prevention
