As a Dining Services Manager with ISH Dining Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality dining experience for our residents. About the Role:
As a Dining Services Manager, you will:
Manage day-to-day operations of the dining services department, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
Develop and implement innovative menu plans, ensuring a diverse and nutritious selection of meals for our residents.
Lead and mentor a team of cooks, servers, and support staff to ensure excellent customer service, food quality, and efficiency.
Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation in the kitchen and dining areas.
Collaborate with the Nutrition and Dietary team to ensure accurate and timely meal preparation and delivery.
Analyze and report on department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a food service management role or related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in food safety and sanitation practices, with a strong understanding of nutrition and dietetics principles.
