What does a Job Developer do?In this role, you would collaborate with community employers to create job opportunities, fostering positive relationships and attending sessions to expand job prospects. The Job Developer develops various types of jobs, provides employment readiness training, and manages program paperwork. Helping people prepare for competitive employment, including work ethics, attitude, and professional appearance, is crucial. Coaching people in their roles and supporting communication among coworkers and supervisors are key responsibilities.
