Rusty Rail Brewing Company is seeking motivated and dependable Kitchen Utility to join our growing culinary team. We're looking for individuals who are willing to learn multiple areas of our food operation, including prep cooking, line cooking, food truck service, expo, and general kitchen support.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality food and customer experiences, and wants to be part of a collaborative team.What You'll DoDepending on business needs and your experience, you may assist in several areas of the kitchen operation:Prepare food items according to recipes and company standardsAssist with food prep and station setupWork on the line during service periodsSupport food truck operations and eventsCoordinate orders to ensure accuracy and efficiencyOperate kitchen equipment safely and effectivelyMaintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areasWash and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, and workstationsRestock ingredients, food products, and supplies throughout shiftsAssist with kitchen organization and inventory managementFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulationsWork collaboratively with team members across multiple stationsWhat We're Looking ForPositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and work in multiple kitchen rolesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentDependable attendance and punctualityStrong attention to detail and food qualityAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Previous restaurant, kitchen, food truck, prep cook, line cook, or expo experience is helpful but not requiredScheduleFull-time and Part-time opportunities available30-39 hours per week availableDay, evening, weekend, and holiday shiftsFlexible schedulingCompensation$16.00 - $18.00 per hourWeekly PayBenefits (Full-Time Employees)Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceFlexible ScheduleBenefits eligibility and waiting periods may apply.Why Join Rusty Rail?At Rusty Rail Brewing Company, we believe great food comes from great people.
