Come join our amazing team!Responsibilities:Answer and transfer incoming phone callsGreet guests, track sign-in/out logs, issue visitor badges, and enforce facility or health screening rulesSort daily mail, receive deliveries, type documents, use a 10-key calculator, and file paperwork Help departments with light billing, admissions, or scheduling support as neededMinor clerical duties as assigned by Executive DirectorQualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalentAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishBasic computer literacy, data entry, and familiarity with office machines (copiers, fax)Patience, empathy, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to handle stressful or emotional situations with tactPossess special interest in working with long-term care residents and the elderlyPay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at Three Rivers Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
