Dedicated Local Class A Driver - $75k Potential | 100% Touch Freight

Looking for high local pay? We are hiring Class A drivers for a dedicated grocery fleet out of Roanoke, VA. Enjoy daily home time, steady routes, and top-tier activity pay.

Pay & Bonuses:

• Weekly Average: $1,450/week ($75,000+ top earner potential)
• CPM Scale: $0.53 (0–12 mos) | $0.55 (1–3 yrs) | $0.56 (3–5 yrs) | $0.58 (5+ yrs)
• Unload Pay: $55 per full trailer unload (electric pallet jack provided)
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop (starts at stop 1)
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total ($500 at 1st load & 30 days; $250 at 60, 90, 120, 150 days; $500 at 180 days)

Route & Schedule:

• Home Time: Home Daily (slip-seat day cabs)
• Lanes: VA & WV dedicated runs (includes WV return backhauls)
• Volume: ~2,000 miles/wk (avg 4 loads/wk, ~490-mile length of haul)
• Shift Profile: Overnight runs, operating 7 days/wk. Must be open to nights, weekends, and mandatory holiday weeks.

Driver Qualifications:

• Licensing: Valid Class A CDL & current DOT Medical Card
• Experience: 3+ months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Physical Work: Comfortable performing unloads with powered equipment
• Commute: Personal vehicle required for daily DC travel
• Record: Clean MVR & background (No SAP candidates)
