What You'll Do as a Barista:

As a Barista at PJ’s Coffee, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and crafting high-quality beverages. Here’s what you can expect to do in this role:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other menu items with precision and care.
• Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service to all customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the café.
• Operate equipment such as espresso machines and grinders with confidence (training provided if needed).
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory as needed.
