Job Description
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts may include 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., including weekends and holidays as operationally required.
Position SummaryThe Concierge is responsible for delivering attentive, discreet, and personalized service to residents and guests while maintaining a professional, secure, and welcoming lobby environment. This role anticipates resident needs, responds to requests promptly, supports building operations, and represents the Association with the highest standards of integrity, hospitality, and discretion.

Greet residents, guests, and approved visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
Deliver a five-star service experience by anticipating resident needs and responding to requests promptly and thoughtfully.
Maintain a consistent presence at the Front Desk throughout the assigned shift and ensure the lobby remains orderly, welcoming, and appropriately monitored.
Communicate resident, guest, operational, and security-related concerns to Management promptly and document matters as required.
Maintain clear shift handoffs, including pending resident requests, deliveries, access instructions, incidents, and operational updates.
Monitor the fire alarm panel and promptly follow established emergency and building-response procedures.
Maintain communication with security personnel, valet, and other building staff as needed.
Receive, log, secure, and notify residents of incoming packages; maintain accurate package and lost-and-found records.
Deliver packages to residents when requested and in accordance with established building procedures.
Assist residents with directions, restaurant recommendations and reservations, transportation arrangements, travel-related requests, event tickets, floral deliveries, and other concierge services.
Arrange move-ins and move-outs only after Management approval and in accordance with Association procedures.
Review daily building updates, calendars, reservations, and operational notices in order to assist residents and guests knowledgeably.
Assist with special projects, resident communications, mailings, and events as assigned.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with local merchants and service providers.
Assist the Front Office Manager with the training and onboarding of new team members when assigned.
Prepare required shift, incident, package, and activity reports accurately and on time.
Protect resident privacy and handle all information with absolute discretion.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in luxury residential, hotel, hospitality, concierge, or guest-services environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computer software programs commonly used in the hospitality or property-management industry.
This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods; communicate effectively; use standard office and building systems; and occasionally lift or move packages and materials up to 30 pounds.
SupervisorThis position reports directly to the Property Manager.
