Location: Eau Claire, WI

Position Responsibilities

As a Direct Support Professional, you will:

• Provide supportive home care and assist with personal care needs.

• Offer companionship and encourage participation in community and recreational activities.

• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and household organization.

• Provide transportation to appointments and community outings.

• Follow the individual's support plan while promoting independence, dignity, and personal choice.

• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.

Schedule

Part-Time

• Every other Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Additional hours may be available.

• Fill-in and substitute shifts are also available for those seeking extra hours.

Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Be dependable, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Successfully pass a background check.

• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is welcomed but not required. Paid training is provided.

Pay

Starting at $16.00 per hour
