What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Strong verbal, Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous experience in staffing or as a scheduler
- Experience as an admin assistant is a vlauable plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management & organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and work with minimal supervision
- Computer literate and experience with Microsoft office applications
- Maintain schedules for services requested by clients
- Monitor overtime and mileage records of employees
- Provides direction to direct care employees to ensure safe and effective coverage of client needs
- Participates in determining hiring needs
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job, respecting client and employee records
