Housekeeping Director

Garden Park Care Center is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Director to lead our environmental services team and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations

• Supervise, schedule, and train housekeeping staff

• Ensure all resident rooms and common areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and infection control guidelines

• Manage department supplies, inventory, and budgeting

• Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain quality standards

• Partner with leadership to support a positive resident experience

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping/environmental services leadership experience (healthcare or LTC preferred)

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Knowledge of infection control and safety standards

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
