An outpatient breast imaging center is seeking a Mammography Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a dedicated breast care environment. This full-time position focuses on mammography procedures for adult and geriatric patients while supporting radiologists, referring providers, and patients throughout the imaging process.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic mammography procedures while maintaining high standards for image quality and patient safety.

Operate mammography equipment and apply technical judgment to obtain accurate diagnostic images.

Assist radiologists and referring physicians with mammographic procedures and imaging needs.

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while addressing the physical, emotional, and safety needs of adult and geriatric patients.

Evaluate image quality and make appropriate technical adjustments to support accurate diagnostic outcomes.

Follow department protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Utilize hospital and department computer systems to support documentation and daily workflow.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient imaging services.

Requirements

ARRT certification and Nevada State License required. Must have license prior to start date.

BLS certification required.

2+ years of Mammography Technologist experience required.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Schedule details will be discussed during the interview process and may include weekends, holidays, and coverage of required holiday shifts.

No call requirement.
