Caregiver

Personalized Caregiving of Tennessee LLC is seeking a Caregiver to provide compassionate, person-centered support to clients in Knoxville, TN.

Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence. You’ll work closely with your care team to deliver reliable support tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.

This part-time onsite role is ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, and motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility assistance

• Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe, clean environment

• Encourage independence by promoting routines and assisting with tasks as needed

• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or comfort to the appropriate team member

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respectful communication with clients and families

Required Qualifications

• Ability to provide consistent, reliable care and follow established care instructions

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and respectful communication with clients

• Ability to assist with physical tasks such as standing, walking, and light lifting as needed

• Willingness to work onsite in Knoxville, TN on a part-time schedule

• Strong attention to safety and the ability to follow care plans accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience or experience supporting individuals with activities of daily living

• Familiarity with assisting clients while promoting independence and dignity

• Experience working in a team-based care environment

• Comfort communicating updates to families and care team members in a clear, respectful manner

Compensation

Hourly rate: $16 - $18
