Job Description
Behavior Technician (BT) – ABA Therapy
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Behavior Technician (BT) to work one-on-one with a 7-year-old female in a home-based setting.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
12 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
Foster communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive environment.
Collaborate with the clinical team and caregivers to support the client's progress.
Qualifications:
Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience is a plus).
RBT certification is a plus but not required.
Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
Strong communication skills and a positive, patient attitude.
