Your primary focus will be performing restorative fillings chair-side with our dentist, with the expectation that your role will naturally evolve to include more traditional hygiene responsibilities as our practice grows. What You'll Do
Work chair-side with the doctor performing restorative fillings and hygiene responsibilities — x-rays, cleanings, and patient education — as the practice's needs develop.
Maintain accurate, legible dental records.
Communicate procedures to patients clearly and compassionately.
Uphold strict infection control standards.
Stay current with Oregon dental hygiene laws and regulations.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office environment.
What We're Looking For
Active Registered Dental Hygienist license with Radiology and Restorative certifications (required).
1+ years of clinical experience preferred — new grads with the right certifications are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
