Warehouse Clerk

Position Summary
Join the Sunbelt Pawn Team! We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our growing team. As a Warehouse Clerk, you'll play a key role in tagging and storing loan collateral, retrieving items for customer pickups, and keeping our warehouse organized and running efficiently. This role operates within established guidelines to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient handling of merchandise at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tag and log incoming loan items and assign them to dedicated storage locations
• Store merchandise in an organized system that allows for quick, accurate retrieval
• Retrieve loan and layaway items for customer pickups in a timely manner
• Clean and prep forfeited/pulled items prior to sales floor placement
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas for efficient use of space
• Pull items for transfer to the sales floor or between store locations as needed
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile against system records
• Inspect items for damage or missing parts and flag issues to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with loading/unloading merchandise and operating basic warehouse equipment (hand trucks, dollies, etc.)
• Adhere to all company policies, loss prevention procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Report any compliance concerns, discrepancies, or incidents to management promptly

• Warehouse, inventory, or retail stockroom experience preferred
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be dependable, honest, and a team player
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
