Gift Shop Attendant - Dolly Parton's Stampede

At Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction, we provide a unique and fun dining experience where families can enjoy delicious food, captivating entertainment, and lasting memories. Our gift shop plays an important role in helping guests remember their visit, offering a variety of fun and themed merchandise for all ages. We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Gift Shop Attendant to join our team and contribute to the overall guest experience. Essential duties and responsibilities:Greet guests as they enter the gift shop, provide information of the offered products.Operate a POS system to complete accurate transactions, including the collection of payment.Tag, stock, and organize merchandise in gift shop accordingly. Be prepared to answer questions related to the performance.Assist with cleaning duties as needed in the gift shop and entrance area. Qualification Requirements:At least 16 years of age.Education requirements include high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Demands:Continuous standing and walking on level ground as well as up and down steps. Continuous hearing at a conversational level and at a high acuity level. Occasional exposure to changes in temperature and humidity.
