Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift

Position: Kitchen Sanitation

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Kitchen Sanitation Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and food-production environment. The ideal candidate will follow sanitation procedures and food-safety standards while ensuring kitchen equipment and work areas are properly cleaned and maintained.

Work Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Wash and sanitize food-production surfaces and equipment.
• Clean floors, walls, drains, sinks, and other kitchen areas.
• Remove food debris, grease, and buildup from equipment and surfaces.
• Follow proper procedures when handling cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for thorough cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure proper cleanliness.
• Report equipment, safety, or sanitation concerns to management.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Perform additional sanitation duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, sanitation, or food-production experience is preferred.
• Ability to work 2nd shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the workday.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
