Expediter/Expo

Expo ensures kitchen orders are prepared in timely manner. They finalize the presentation of each plate and ensure the appropriate temperature. They communicate with runners and wait staff to deliver complete orders.

Requirements/Responsibilities

- Prior experience is desirable but we will train the right person
- Knowledge of menu and meal preparation
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Standing, reaching, lifting, and bending
