Clinical Director – Multi-Site Healthcare Operations
We're seeking an experienced healthcare leader to oversee multiple clinic locations while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and continued growth. This role requires a leader who can balance clinical quality with strong business operations, including budgeting, KPI reporting, staffing, and multi-site leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience
- 5+ years leading multiple healthcare locations or regions
- Proven success driving operational growth in a multi-site healthcare organization
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and P&L experience
- Experience managing staffing models and operational performance metrics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel between clinic locations
Preferred:
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related field)
- Experience in ABA, behavioral health, autism services, pediatric healthcare, or outpatient healthcare
- Experience opening new healthcare locations or supporting organizational growth
