Caregiver

Sundry Care LLC is seeking a full-time Caregiver to support clients in a hybrid work environment in Dedham, MA.

Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, dependable support to help clients maintain comfort, safety, and daily independence. You will build trust through respectful communication, attentive care, and consistent follow-through on care needs.

This hybrid role balances in-person caregiving responsibilities with coordination activities to ensure continuity of care and effective collaboration with the care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity, privacy, and person-centered care

• Support clients with mobility, personal care routines, and light housekeeping related to care needs

• Monitor and report changes in client condition, comfort, or behavior to the appropriate team members

• Provide companionship and encouragement to promote routine, engagement, and emotional well-being

• Follow established care plans and safety procedures to ensure a clean, secure, and supportive environment

Required Qualifications

• Ability to provide patient, respectful care to individuals with varying needs

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care instructions accurately

• Reliability and professionalism with a consistent commitment to shift coverage

• Comfort assisting with personal care tasks and supporting client mobility as needed

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related support role

• Familiarity with care documentation, incident reporting, and basic compliance expectations

• Experience working with clients who have mobility limitations or health-related daily support needs

• Demonstrated ability to de-escalate concerns and support clients with empathy and calm
